No, Moodle is accessible for all QQI courses and those enrolled in some other longer courses.

If you’re unable to log in, first ensure your username and password are correct. If needed, click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it. If the issue persists, check the “Moodle Support” section for troubleshooting tips, such as clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. These resources cover the basics, such as logging in, navigating the dashboard, accessing course materials, submitting assignments, and checking grades. Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and confident using Moodle from day one.

SQT recommends accessing Moodle via Google Chrome, however it can be accessed using any web browser, please ensure your browser is up to date. For troubleshooting common issues, consult our support documents in the Moodle page or contact our Moodle support team at moodlesupport@sqt-training.com.

The duration of Moodle access is dependent on the length of the course. Typically access expires 6 months from the date of enrolment with the exception of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt which is 12 months and the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt which is 18 months.
