This course is intended for;

Programme Managers or Black Belts who will be tasked with implementing a Lean Six Sigma Programme
Departmental Managers or those tasked with Championing Lean Six Sigma projects
Senior Management who wish to gain a more in-depth understanding about Lean Six Sigma so they can provide a supportive role.

The programme is suitable for Managers from both the Service & Transaction and Manufacturing Environments.

Participants achieve the following learning outcomes from the programme;

Understand the key concepts of Lean Six Sigma
Identity how it can be applied to process improvement in both Service & Transaction and Manufacturing environments
Discuss Lean Six Sigma implementation and idenify key roles and organisational issues that may need to be addressed
